Our licence

7Bit Casino is licensed under licence no. 0000091 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The licence holder is Saphirix Solutions SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-933997.

Who can play

Our games are only for adults aged 18 or over, or older where local law sets a higher age. You decide whether online gambling is lawful where you live, and residents of some countries cannot play for real money with us. When you enter, we ask you to confirm that you are visiting from outside Australia. Hiding your location with a VPN is not allowed and can cost you your winnings.

Your account

Every person may hold a single account. Accounts that share a home address, a household, an IP address or a device are treated as duplicates, and we may close them, cancel their pending payouts and keep their winnings. We can ask for proof of identity, address and payment method at any time. If a document is not in Latin or Cyrillic script, we may ask for a short video call with your ID instead. After 12 months with no login and no play, a dormancy fee of 40 AUD a month may be taken from the balance.

Bonuses

You can have one active bonus at a time, and real money is always used before bonus money. A bonus that is used to abuse a promotion, for example by switching stakes or games only to clear wagering, can be cancelled along with its winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

Before a withdrawal, each deposit has to be played through at least three times, or ten times on table and live games. We aim to handle a withdrawal within 72 hours of approval, and we may pay through a different method than the one you picked. Weekly payouts are limited to 20000 AUD and monthly payouts to 80000 AUD, while progressive jackpots are paid in full. If two weeks pass after a request and we still have no contact with you by phone or email, the account is locked and that payout is cancelled.

Mistakes and taxes

Money credited by mistake, for example after a technical fault, is corrected, and any amount already withdrawn becomes a debt to us. Any tax due on your winnings is yours to report and pay.

Disputes

Talk to our support team first. If the answer does not settle the matter, you may take it to EGIS, an independent dispute body that follows the rules of the Tobique Gaming Commission. For game results, our server records decide. A claim has to be raised within one year, and only the account holder can raise it.
